Loughborough Registration Office at Beaumanor Hall
The Loughborough Registration Service is based within the stunning Beaumanor Hall in Woodhouse, offering ceremonies in a charming first-floor room overlooking the gardens.
Couples also have the option to book ceremony packages directly with Beaumanor Hall, including access to a ground-floor ceremony room. Please note that, when booking directly with Beaumanor Hall, Registrars must still need to book – and pay the associated fees for – the Registrars through the Leicestershire Registration Service.

Railton Room
The Railton Room offers a beautifully romantic setting for your ceremony. Located on the first floor, it features breath-taking dual-aspect views across the gardens, creating an elegant backdrop for your special moment. The room accommodates up to 58 people, including the couple, witnesses, guests, children and photographers.
Please note that Beaumanor Hall does not have lift access to the first floor, so all members of the ceremony party must be comfortable using a large double flight of stairs. The Beaumanor Hall Premises Team will make the final decision regarding attendance for any members of the wedding party with mobility concerns, in accordance with their health and safety requirements.
Classic ceremonies available on Tuesday – Thursday for £325*, and Friday for £350*.
Enhanced ceremonies available on Saturday and Sunday for £545*.
Beaumanor Hall offers a range of additional ceremony options, separate from our own provisions. While our Registrars will still attend these ceremonies, all non-Registration elements are organised directly by Beaumanor Hall. - *Prices quoted are valid for ceremonies taking place between April 2025 – March 2026. For prices of ceremonies taking place outside of these dates, please refer to our fees page.

- Beaumanor Hall provides free onsite parking, including a designated space for a ceremony vehicle at the main entrance.
- Beaumanor Hall also hosts corporate events, conferences and outdoor activities, so please be aware that exclusive use of the Hall and Gardens is not included as part of your ceremony.
