Welcome to our Coalville office which is situated within the beautiful Stenson House. This stunning 1800’s building boasts 2 gorgeous ground floor ceremony rooms.

Beaumont Room
The Beaumont Room is a lovely, quaint room with an ornate feature fireplace. The room holds up to 10 people, which includes the couple, witnesses, guests, children, photographers etc. This ceremony room is suitable for couples who are looking for something smaller and more personal to celebrate in. The ceremony itself is taken in front of the fireplace which makes for some lovely photographs.
Available for Simple ceremonies on Wednesday mornings only for £140*. The room can be booked for Classic ceremonies on other days for the same fee as The Newbury Suite.
Newbury Suite
The Newbury Suite is gorgeously opulent, light and airy. The room holds up to 58 people, which includes the couple, witnesses, guests, children, photographers etc. This ceremony room is steeped in history and is suitable for couples who are looking for something a little more elaborate for their special day.
Classic ceremonies available Monday – Thursday £205.00*, Friday – Saturday £300.00*.
Enhanced ceremonies available Sundays only for £425*
Additional Points to Consider
- *Prices quotes are valid for ceremonies taking place between April 2025 – March 2026. For prices of ceremonies taking place outside of these dates, please refer to our fees page.
- Other Services Offered at the Registration Office
- Parking – the couple can be dropped off out side of the main doors. No cars are able to be parked on site. Parking can be found in the London Road car park adjacent to the premises (pay and display). Please allow yourselves plenty of time to park
