Services & Fees


Below you will find the full fee for your ceremony, there are no hidden costs or extras. Your fee includes the cost of the Registrars attending your special day and all the behind the scenes legalities and efforts. We have a dedicated Celebration Coordination Team available to help you through this wonderful journey and understand all costs.

The fee for your ceremony will be the fee for when it is taking place not when it is booked. e.g. if you book in 2024 but your ceremony is in 2026 your fee will be the 2026 price.

Prices are correct for the 2024/25/26/27 financial years (1st April to 31st March the following year) but subject to review/change.  Prices rise on 1st April each year.

Additional Points to Consider

  • One certificate is included in the cost of your ceremony unless otherwise stated.
  • Terms and conditions apply.
  • Fees are for Leicestershire Registration Service only.
  • You are responsible for booking Registrars for your ceremony – venues are never responsible for booking Registrars.  It is vital that you call us to check availability and to book your date and time before finalising arrangements with your venue. We are here to help.
  • All amendment fees are non-refundable.  If the ceremony is cancelled, this fee will not be refunded, along with the non-refundable booking fee.
  • An amendment/administration fee is payable to make changes to your booking. This fee is for the additional work involved and will depend on when the change is made.
  • You may have to give notice again (incurring another notice fee) if a change of date means your notices will expire before your new date.
  • If you change your venue, notices will have to be given again for the new venue, also incurring another notice fee.
