Fees
Our ceremony fees are fully inclusive, covering everything from preparing your legal paperwork to attending your ceremony and registering your special occasion.
Each ceremony fee includes one official certificate, with additional copies available for a separate fee.
To help you plan with confidence, our fees are set in advance for the next three financial years (April to March). The fee you pay will be the one applicable at the time your ceremony takes place, regardless of when you book or make payment.

Additional points to consider
- Terms and conditions apply.
- Fees are for the Leicestershire Registration Service only.
- You are responsible for booking Registrars for your ceremony, as venues cannot make these arrangements on your behalf. To avoid disappointment, please contact us as early as possible to check availability and secure your preferred date and time before finalising any plans with your venue.
- All amendment fees are non-refundable. If the ceremony is cancelled, this fee will not be refunded, along with the non-refundable booking fee.
- An amendment/administration fee is payable to make changes to your booking. This fee is for the additional work involved and will depend on when the change is made.
- You may have to give notice again (incurring another notice fee) if a change of date means your notices will expire before your new date.
- If you change your venue, notices will have to be given again for the new venue, also incurring another notice fee.
